The Gent S4-34450 is a loop-powered four-channel interface module designed for seamless integration with Gent Vigilon fire alarm control panels. Providing four independently configurable input/output channels, it allows efficient control of building services and plant equipment directly from the fire alarm system.

Common applications include linking the fire system to sprinklers, security systems, HVAC controls, and door release units, as well as connecting to a zone of conventional detectors. Channel 1 can be configured as a loop-powered zone module, and all outputs are individually sectored for maximum programming flexibility.

The S4-34450 is recognised by the Vigilon panel as a single address, while each input/output channel can have its own unique label displayed on the panel for easy identification. Interfaces can be powered directly from the loop or via a separate mains supply; mains-powered versions include integrated battery backup for added resilience.
