Gent VIG-NC – Vigilon Network Card

The Gent VIG-NC Network Expansion Card is a dedicated network interface card designed to expand and interconnect Gent Vigilon Plus and Gent Vigilon analogue addressable fire detection systems. By enabling advanced panel-to-panel communication, it allows for seamless integration of multiple control panels into a unified fire alarm network.

With the VIG-NC installed, a Vigilon system can form a multi-domain network of up to 200 panels or nodes, providing complete site-wide control and monitoring. Networks can be configured using either copper or fibre-optic connections, offering flexible installation options to suit different building layouts and communication distance requirements.

Gent Vigilon Compact Copper Network Card – EN Networks

The Copper Network Card is designed to enable data communication between multiple control panels within a Vigilon Compact networked fire detection system.

For installation, the card is inserted into the dedicated ‘CARD 2’ slot on the panel’s Master Control Board (MCB). Once fitted, it provides terminal connections for external network cabling, allowing seamless integration with other panels on the network.

A dual-in-line switch bank on the card allows precise configuration of network address numbers and baud rates, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility with your system setup.

This network card is approved for EN-standard networks only.
